  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Location: nearest mrt: Bukit Batok
Pay: $2.4k - 2.8k
Duration: 17 Mar - 19 Jun 2025 (~4months, EXTENDABLE!!)
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 0830 – 1800hrs / Friday : 0830 – 1730hrs




JOBSCOPE:

Prepare donation entries into system.
Issues tax deductible and non tax deductible receipts
Maintains proper supporting documents for records.
Prepares accounting entries
Prepares monthly reconciliation
Assist in preparing annual donation submission to IRAS.

Ensure invoices are duly approved.
Records invoices into spreadsheet and ensure no duplicated invoices
Prepare claim in portal
Prepare payment voucher, GIRO /cheque for payment for approval
Ensures that payment documents are approved
Ensure accounting entries for payments are accurately recorded
Performs other functions as assigned by HOD or supervisor.

Requirements

G.C.E. ‘O’ or ‘A’ level passes with CAT certificate.
Minimum three years’ experience in similar capacity.
Conversant with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Knowledge and experience in SAP accounting system
