Monday to Thursday – 830am to 6pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
Friday – 830am to 530pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
Total Working Hours (excluding break hours): 42 hours a week
Job Description:
Arrange interviews (physical & virtual) based on interviewers’ availability.
Coordinate/ facilitate the interview process on the day of interview, including photocopying and verifying of documents if applicable
Conduct reference checks
Send reject email to unsuccessful candidates
Create P files for new joiners
File all hardcopy documents into respective p-files or storage areas
Archive documents for resignee
Provide support to the wellnesss activities e.g. distribution of goody packs
Requirements:
Recognized Diploma
Possess good interpersonal skills to communicate well
Able to exhibit initiative, work independently and work in teams as well
Proficient in MS Office applications and basic statistic
All staff have to undergo pre-employment medical checks to align with HCA’s Healthcare worker guidelines on vaccination. Staff who do not wish to be vaccinated (MMR, Chicken Pox, Tdap) will not be considered
Lead time from medical check to start work is usually 1 – 2 weeks.
