verification and entering of the vaccination records received via applications in NIR system.
Ensure all the required documents are submitted in order
Must conduct 100% checks on all the documents received from the applicant

Shall seek clarifications from and/or inform the applicant, for any of the possible scenarios:

a. Unclear/discrepancies found in documents such as birth certificate, NRIC, etc

b. Unclear vaccination records (s) submitted
