Kitchens are all based on Nursing Homes/ Welfare homes in Singapore
Kitchen Assistants / Commis Cook / Sous Chef Welcome to apply
Prior experience with heavy cooking in catering companies/ nursing homes/ hospitals preferred
Full Timers based on 6 days shift/ week (based on Roster)
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Assisting in all food preparation process
Cooking and preparing all raw and cooked materials
Preparing vegetables, meats and seafood or vegetarians food items
Helping with deliveries and restocking.
Assisting with stock rotation and cleaning stations
Follow and maintain cleanliness and good hygiene practices in the Kitchen
Inform Chef of any excess food items or product for use in daily production
Responsible to maintain food logs
To assist others in Chopping, Cutting, Packing, and learning Dishes from other Chefs
Work according on food Menu specifications by the higher lever Chef
