Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers and provide product recommendations based on their interests.
Assist in maintaining the store’s visual appeal by ensuring merchandise is well-stocked and displayed attractively.
Handle cash transactions, operate the POS system, and process payments accurately.
Stay updated on the latest company's merchandise, promotions, and trading card releases.
Assist in organizing monthly store events and special promotions.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving complaints efficiently.
Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Hospitality or any other relevant field discipline
Candidate must have at least 2 years of retail sales experience
Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
