  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Invoice Processing Bank Officer
Location: Raffles
Salary: Up to $2500
Working Time: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Job Scope:

Verify the accuracy and completeness of invoices in accordance with financial policies and bank procedures.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders, and delivery receipts.
Liaise with external vendors to clarify billing issues and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.
Work closely with procurement, operations, and IT teams to streamline invoice approval and payment workflows.
Maintain organized and accurate records of invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
Ensure adherence to company financial policies, internal controls, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Job Requirement:

Minimum Diploma in Business/Accountancy or related fields
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Having experience in invoice processing and working in the bank sector will be advantageous.
