About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Finance Administrator to support our after-sales operations, streamline business processes, and provide executive assistance when needed. This role is ideal for someone with a finance background, who understands operational efficiency. As part of this role, you will optimize business operations, assist in financial analysis, and coordinate meetings across different countries. Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations & Business Process Optimization
- Oversee and streamline after-sales operations to improve efficiency.
- Identify process gaps and work cross-functionally to implement operational improvements.
- Support internal teams in executing business strategies for enhanced productivity.
2. Executive Assistance & Coordination
- Assist COO with administrative and operational tasks when required.
- Organize and coordinate global monthly and quarterly management meetings.
- Maintain structured documentation and track key business actions from meetings.
3. Finance & Business Analysis
- Support financial planning by analyzing business operations and financial reports.
- Assist in budget tracking, expense management, and operational cost analysis.
- Coordinate country-level meetings as needed for financial and operational discussions.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, finance, or business administration.
- Background in finance or financial analysis is a strong plus.
- Experience in an SME with exposure to MNC-level operations is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to streamline processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and financial tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $5,500.00 - $6,551.65 per month
