  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide personalised skincare recommendations via live chat, social media, and online platforms.
  • Educate customers on the right products and routines for their skin concerns.
  • Build relationships with customers, check in on their progress, and offer expert guidance.

Liaison

  • Work closely with KOLs, brand ambassadors, and content creators, ensuring they have the right products to share authentic reviews.
  • Guide KOLs and influencers in communicating brand messaging and skincare benefits effectively

Brand Events & Community Engagement

  • Represent Ice Secret at pop-ups, retail activations, and collaborations, engaging customers and partners with enthusiasm.
  • Share our brand story and product knowledge at workshops, skincare consultations, and live events.
  • Strengthen our community by fostering relationships with customers and partners online and offline.

What We’re Looking For

Passionate about skincare and knowledgeable about different skin types and concerns.
Strong communication skills—friendly, engaging, and confident in speaking to customers and partners.
Experience in beauty, retail, customer service, or influencer marketing is a plus!
Organized and proactive, able to handle multiple conversations and coordinate with different stakeholders.
Comfortable engaging in events, workshops, and activations.
Proficient in English; Mandarin is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,500.00 per month
