CAAS is currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior management team and assigned divisions.
The ideal candidate will need to be proactive, detail-oriented, capable of handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. Note: Your appointment designation will commensurate with your relevant work experience. Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance and may be considered for placement on a permanent tenure or subsequent contract renewal.
CAAS is currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior management team and assigned divisions.
The ideal candidate will need to be proactive, detail-oriented, capable of handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. The candidate must also have the ability to use discretion to ensure confidentiality, professionalism and trustworthiness in supporting the senior management and assigned divisions.
[What you will be working on]
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Manage and maintain the schedules and calendars of senior management, including arranging appointments, meetings, travel itineraries.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, manage booking of resources and assist in expense claims matters.
- Prepare relevant documents and materials required for meetings and presentations.
- Screen and prioritise incoming calls, emails and other correspondences.
- Organise and maintain a proper filing system and records; and
- Provide administrative support to senior management and assigned divisions including other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements
- Relevant experience in a secretarial or administrative support role, or similar capacity;
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and sensitivity;
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and efficiently;
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Meticulous and strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks;
- Good knowledge of corporate governance and organisational practices;
- Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication;
- Ability to build positive relationships and collaborate well with management and staff at all levels;
- Proactive, self-motivated, confident and able to work independently with minimal supervision; and
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
