Roles And Responsibilities :

1.1 General

HR Function

- Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures.

- Prepare and process overall payroll ensuring that salary is paid timely and accurately (commission, incentive, allowance, reimbursement).

- To be responsible for the submission of the statutory CPF contributions .

- Administer and execute a full spectrum of HR processes including compliance with statutory regulations, employee movements- (transfers, promotion, confirmation, resignation) processes, employee benefits and any such activities.

- Conducting performance evaluations.

- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.

- To be responsible for new employee onboard arrangement and resignation procedure.

- Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews and conducting background checks.

- Foreign worker corespondence- need to coordinate with agent for foreign worker application procedure, calling visa, work permit application.

- Renewal passport , permit, fomema, insurance, etc.

- Hostel maintenance, clealiness, foreign worker in/out record, to ensure they commit to Hostel rules & regulation.

- To assure that the company’s staffing requirements are met in a timely manner to ensure full operational capabilities are realized and legislative/ regulatory requirements are satisfied.

- Panel clinic: issue panel clinic medical card and ensure employee do not miss-use the benefit.

- Coordinate and conduct training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.

- To be responsible for overall Industrial & Employees relation matters.

- Prepare memo and announce accordingly.

- Annual dinner coordination and preparation.

- Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management.

- To comply Company 5S Implementation.

- To carry out any other duties delegated to you from your superior or the Management from time to time.

Admin Function

- Double confirm and sign purchase order of stationery, company maintenance & services, such as photostat machine, fire extinguisher, air-con, new machine registration, etc.

- Car service & maintenance, petrol expenses, toll expenses.

- Coordinate with vendor for purchase order, keep track on vendor agreement renewal, sub-contractor service report, etc.

- Deal with Government Sector for any deal regarding licensing, health & safety, oil disposal, etc.

- Store room environment and control.

- Supervise admin assistant in control uniform, badge, locker key, car entry permit, etc.

- To ensure security guard handling their task efficiently.

- To control visitor & hosteller in/out record.

- To spot check hand carry of employees.

- To ensure Company security rules & regulations.

Receptionist

- To be responsible to control or supervise receptionist is performing her task efficiently, such as the manner deal with outsider, call handling, etc.

1.2 Liaison with other Departments

- Coordinate with staffs from other department in terms of manpower requirements and overall Company's rules and regulations that needs to adhere to.

1.3 Work Environment

- To assist in developing and managing a positive employee-management relationship and maintain a grievance free, mutually beneficiary work climate.

Requirements :

- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management.

- At least 5 years working experience in related field.

Job Type: Full-time
