We are looking for enthusiastic individual to join our company. We specialise in books, gifts and stationery and you should be able to work independently, resourceful and service oriented.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Book-keeping
- Issue payment voucher, invoicing and cash receipt
- Update bank payments & receipts
- Update daily sales reports
- In charge of petty cash
- Perform admin duties and operation support to the department
- liaise and coordinate with customers, coordinate internal production
- Ad hoc reports and duties
Pre-Requisites
- 'O' Level and above, preferably with accounting knowledge
- 1-2 years relevant working experience
- Good spoken and written communication in English & Mandarin
- Team player with good attitude
- Proficient with MS Office
- Quickbook /Xero knowledge is advantageous
Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon to Fri)
Working location: Upper Paya Lebar (Shifting to Serangoon North in June 2025)
