Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to enhance our brand presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing our audience, increasing engagement, and driving conversions through compelling content, innovative campaigns, and data-driven strategies. Must be Bilingual in English and Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Management: Develop and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, articles) tailored to each platform. For now, we have ready content in Mandarin so to be translated into English

  • Strategy Development: Implement and optimize social media strategies to expand reach and visibility.

  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a loyal community.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics, analyse insights, and provide reports on audience growth, engagement, and campaign performance.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices across IG, LinkedIn, FB, and TikTok.

  • Collaborations & Influencer Outreach: Identify and engage with influencers, brand ambassadors, and potential partners to enhance brand exposure.

  • Advertising & Promotions: Manage paid ad campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.

  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to align social media efforts with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok algorithms and best practices.

  • Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design (Canva/Adobe), and basic video editing.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies accordingly.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

  • Creativity, attention to detail and a passion for digital marketing

Education & Experience:

· Relevant Education in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.

· 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.

· Experience in managing brand social media accounts (even personal projects or freelance work count!).

· Familiarity with 3D printing, e-commerce, or tech-related content is a plus but not required.
