Our client is one of the leading key players in property development & construction company with a broad portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial, retail and mixed-use developments. They are currently seeking for Property (Admin and Marketing) Executive to assist their operation.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

Administrative

  • Handling anti-money laundering (AML) progressive and periodic checks before and after sales

  • Handle customer enquiries pertaining to new projects and/or purchaser requests

  • Procurement of showflat furniture and accessories for new launch preparation

  • Co-ordination of works between interior designer (ID), main contractor and external vendors

Pre-Launch

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in the full cycle of marketing and sales activities

  • Work closely with in-house teams and external consultants, vendors, advertising agencies and property agents to provide marketing support for the project

  • Assist the Marketing Manager to handle marketing compaigns for the residential project

  • Assist the Marketing Manager to execute digital marketing for projects

  • Work with vendors to produce advertising and marketing materials such as brochures, hoarding, A&P wall in sales gallery, show units, sales office, website, digital and social media marketing, animation video etc

  • Sound knowledge and keep abreast of sales and marketing trends, and regulations of Singapore real estate market

  • Co-ordinate and monitor show units/ sales gallery fit out and logistics planning for the residential development sales launch

  • Set up essential services at sales office prior to launch

  • Handle sales and marketing enquiries relating to the residential project

  • Any other duties as and when assigned

Post-Launch

  • Assist to oversee condition of show flat and sales office to ensure proper functioning of essential services

  • Handle customer feedbacks and provide good customer service to our purchasers

  • Processing of commission payment to property agencies

  • To assist in administrative work for T.O.P & handing over matters for completed development projects

  • To coordinate and manage defect matters of home owners

  • Manage defects reports during and post defect liability period

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma in Building Estate Management, Business Administration or its equivalent

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Good communication and written skills
