Sales Fulfilment such as but not limited to:
o Sales sign up verification (welcome and verification call)
o Sales Completion
o Sales Recovery
o Customer Retention
o Customer Service
o Upkeep good knowledge of product understanding
o Understand and able to perform sales sign up process
o Identify and resolve issues in the fulfilment process
o Monitor and report on fulfilment metrics
o Optimize processes and improve customer experience
o Weekly and monthly reports

Sat: 9am - 1pm
