- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimise processes, improve efficiency, and drive cost savings
- Analyse diverse and dynamic datasets related to e-commerce, operations and user behaviors, deriving valuable insights to address complex challenges
- Design solutions and initiatives, track timelines, and assess impacts. Resolve issues effectively to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Coordinate and communicate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders at various levels of the organisation
- Display a readiness to actively engage in ground operations, collaborating closely with the team to implement improvements and openness to travel
- Bachelor’s degree and above
- For fresh graduates, expected graduation by July 2025
- Prior experiences in a data-driven role, internship or full-time
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to manage priorities and thrive in a dynamic work environment
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration, presenting findings, and conveying insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and inclusive team environment
