Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process purchase orders.
  • Issue sales transaction invoices.
  • Verify orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
  • Contact customers by phone or email to answer queries, take orders and obtain information.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Familiar with MS Office applications.
  • Good team player, and able to work independently.
  • Positive attitude and friendly disposition.
