Marketing & Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive and implement marketing activities for the assigned market segments in line with the agreed strategy. Each day, you will conduct market analyses using available marketing tools for existing and potential products, systems, and/or services for assigned markets. You will also showcase your expertise by creating end-user acceptance and specification offerings tailored to the target segments while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and continuously monitoring segment performance.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Building Business Division in Singapore.
You will be mainly accountable for:
• Support M&S Manager and EL/SP/SBD Business Vice President (BU VP) on translating the channel and marketing playbook into actionable initiatives in the country
• Lead on Local Initiatives relating to the H&D Playbook
• Prepare Yearly Marketing Plan (AMSP), Annual Market Review (AMR) and Go-to-Market Strategy for the Singapore Business.
• Support Distribution on matters related to the adaptations & execution of Channel Growth Action Plans
• Responsible to lead and execute all Direct & Indirect Customer Programs
• Responsible to Review the Channel Programs execution by the Distributors’ Sales team
Qualifications for the role
• Degree in Business & Marketing or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of Channel & Sales Management experience
• Ideally from Electrical / Energy Management industry
