The Personal Assistant will manage communications between internal and external stakeholders on various tasks, projects and deadlines.

Responsibility:

  • Utilising a variety of software tools, such as word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation software, to create reports and handle special projects.
  • Ensuring the efficient management and accuracy of corporate records, documents, and reports, while organising and maintaining electronic files.
  • Assisting with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Coordinating both professional and personal schedules for senior leadership, including managing calendars, emails, calls, and arranging internal and external meetings.
  • Handling event logistics by recommending and securing venues for both professional and personal events.
  • Organising and maintaining professional and personal records, contacts, documents, and reports for senior leaders.

Role Requirements:

We're Looking For:

  • A driven individual with a GCE 'A' Level Certificate, International Baccalaureate Diploma, a Polytechnic Diploma from Singapore, or an equivalent academic qualification.

Eligibility:

  • Open to Singapore Citizens who are eager to grow and contribute.

Work Hours:

  • Enjoy a balanced full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM.
