The Personal Assistant will manage communications between internal and external stakeholders on various tasks, projects and deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leverage data visualisation techniques to analyze, model, and interpret business processes, delivering actionable insights to drive informed decisions.
- Use critical thinking to identify emerging trends and uncover new market opportunities.
- Proactively seek new business partnerships within the PSO community, driving collaborative growth and mutual success.
- Manage project lifecycles meticulously, ensuring on-time and successful delivery through the effective application of expertise and resources.
- Regularly update team members, providing constructive feedback and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in project walkthroughs, collect detailed business requirements, contribute to the design phases, create functional test plans, conduct user training, and oversee smooth implementation.
- Develop strategic business plans by utilising data analysis and market research to identify and engage high-potential clients.
- Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and company policies, preparing relevant documentation and audits as needed.
- Communicate financial information clearly to key stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and external partners.

Role Requirements
Qualifications:
- A full certificate in GCE 'A' Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma, a Polytechnic Diploma from Singapore, or an equivalent academic qualification.
Work Hours:
- Full-time position: Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Part-time positions are also available.
