The Event Management Executive will take part in a complete events experience as you lead every facet of the programme’s journey. You will have sole responsibility for a project, or part responsibility for a larger project, from brief to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defining project scope, allocating resources, and managing the budget to ensure seamless collaboration and successful outcomes.
- In-charge of planning, organising, and executing all events to engage our new and existing clients.
- Overseeing pre and post event logistics, including venue setup, sending invitations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and managing inventory.
- Developing and maintaining a detailed event timeline to ensure alignment with the company’s business cycle.
- Collaborating closely with other teams within PSO to enhance communication and ensure smooth execution throughout the process.

Role Requirements:
- Qualifications:
- A full certificate in GCE 'A' Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma, a Polytechnic Diploma from Singapore, or an equivalent academic qualification.
Eligibility:
- Singapore Citizens are preferred.
Work Hours:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
