• Facilitate collaboration among departments and project team members to ensure projects are executed and delivered on schedule

• Aid in the preparation of infrastructure project documentation and manage interactions with project stakeholders

• Provide support to team members when required

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Preferred studies in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering

• Proficient with Office 365 suite

• Familiar with Microsoft Azure is an advantage

• Good understanding of network technology

• Strong understanding of the general IT architecture

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in IT technology, including emerging trends, tools, and best practices, to ensure the continuous improvement and innovation of our IT infrastructure

• Basic knowledge in network systems, wireless technology, structured cabling system, and cybersecurity, preferably in IOT security, is advantageous
