  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Details:
- Basic up to $2,800 + AWS + VB
- Working Days: Monday - Friday
- Working Hours: 8:45am - 5:15pm
- Location: Pioneer (Company transport provided at Lakeside MRT)


Job Scope:


Full spectrum of Accounts Receivable functions
Accurate and timely recording of AR invoices
Liaison with Operation teams on billing matters
Monitor debtor ageing balances, contact / follow up with customers and discuss with Sales persons for collection.
Record and reconcile receipts in a timely manner
Maintain proper documentation on billings and collection matters
Scan and maintain all soft copy records.
Maintain good communications with Customers and proactive in problem solving
Assist on ad-hoc tasks as required
