Job Scope:
As an HR Executive cum Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support the HR, accounts, and administrative functions, including:
HR Responsibilities:
Managing employee records, filing systems, and ensuring accuracy of documentation
Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring timely disbursement of salaries
Handling employee benefits, inquiries, and day-to-day HR-related matters
Keeping track of all renewal agreements, including employee contracts, leases, and licenses
Accounts Assistant Responsibilities:
Assisting with daily accounting tasks, including processing invoices, receipts, and payments
Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting monthly and quarterly reporting
Supporting accounts payable and receivable functions
Helping with the preparation of financial statements and audits
Administrative and Personal Assistant Duties to General Manager (GM):
Managing the GM’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
Handling correspondence and communications for the GM
Organizing travel arrangements and other personal assistant duties as needed
Keeping track of important deadlines, appointments, and to-do lists
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges
