  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Customer Care Officer

Location: Ang Mo Kio Mrt

Duration: 1 Year

Salary: Up To $2,600

Job scope:

To deliver personalized and high-standard professional service to customers on enquiries in an efficient and effective manner

Attend to customers feedback or enquiries in a timely manner

Handle calls within the First Call Resolution and only escalate complicated cases to Department Officer

Create and update customer interactions accurately within the CRM to keep track of customers enquiry and history

Providing feedback on behalf of customers on the effectiveness and soundness of policies and procedures

To meet the productivity components on both individual and team level

Requirements:

Customer service experience preferred

Willing to undergo training process and pass the assessments assigned
