  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Responsibilities

Conduct personal sales consultations to contribute to outlet sales.
Ensure outlet operations comply with SOPs (e.g., POS, P&L, staff management) through coordination with the assigned Outlet Branch Manager.
Manage and resolve disputes related to sales issues in outlets.
Maintain customer satisfaction and address customer complaints effectively.
Enhance sales performance by providing continuous training and coaching to existing staff.
Support ongoing staff learning and development.

Requirements

Min. 2 years of experience in operations management.
Proven personal sales experience in the beauty and wellness industry.
Fluent in Mandarin & English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to handle customer service and resolve complaints.
Experience in staff training and development.
Familiar with SOPs, P&L, and outlet management.
