Assist with the opening of the showroom, ensuring everything is in place for the day’s operations.
Manage loan applications and process vehicle sales agreements.
Update and manage vehicle inventory and ensure online listings are accurate.
Handle general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Create basic marketing materials and assist with promotional campaigns.
Maintain and update the company’s social media platforms.
Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
Ensure the office is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Assist with managing calendars and tasks arrangements.
Requirement:
Proven experience in an administrative role.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Ability to quickly respond to phone calls, messages and handle ad-hoc tasks efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic social media management.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
