The role involves performing repairs, servicing, and
maintenance for after-sale and hire fleet customers. The position requires
travel to customer sites to perform troubleshooting, repairs, and machine
diagnostics, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities


Deliver
and collect machines for after-sale and hire fleet customers.
Perform
repairs, servicing, preventive maintenance, and quotations.
Conduct
operator training on machine operation and daily maintenance.
Assist
with PE inspection for sale and hire machine fleets.
Ensure
customer satisfaction by planning and coordinating support.
Write
service reports for both internal and external customers..
Follow
up on unresolved technical issues until fully resolved.
Travel
to customer sites for machine troubleshooting and servicing.
Record
and submit service data and reports as required.
Provide
accurate reports to the team leader for informed decision-making.
Carry
out diagnostics using specialized tools.


Requirement


Technical
knowledge in machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ability
to work as a team and manage customer relationships effectively.
Strong
commitment to safety and high-quality service.
Experience
in using diagnostic tools for machine issues.
