The Good Beer Company is seeking a Service Supervisor for our small branch at China Square. The candidate should have a passion for craft beer and a bright personality to interact with customers.
This is a sole contributor role, working with and managing a few part timers, to ensure great customer service and encourage return custom in a small outlet. The role will require contributions to social media and promotional marketing as well as hands on service.
Responsibilities:
Manage the draft beer bar and packaged offerings.
Assist with social media and promotional plans to drive traffic and increase sales.
Maintain inventory levels and ordering of supplies, including beer, other drinks, food, and other essentials.
Ensure that the bar is clean, well-stocked, and meet all health and safety regulations.
Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain good relationships with suppliers and distributors.
Manage and promote third party delivery services to grow this channel.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a craft beer related environment.
Strong knowledge of craft beer or willingness to learn.
Experience in social media and promotions.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good technical ability to manage POS, relevant apps and delivery services.
