Job Overview:

The IMAC Engineer will be responsible for managing and executing Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) activities within our IT infrastructure. This role involves handling a variety of tasks related to hardware and software deployment, relocation, and modifications to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Install: Set up and configure new hardware and software according to company standards and user requirements. Ensure that installations are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Move: Manage the relocation of IT equipment and workstations within the organization. Ensure proper reconfiguration and connectivity of systems after relocation.
Add: Implement hardware and software upgrades or additions to existing systems. Perform necessary adjustments to accommodate new components and ensure compatibility.
Change: Execute changes to existing IT infrastructure, including system upgrades, patching, and modifications. Ensure minimal disruption to user operations during change activities.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues related to IMAC tasks. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users as needed.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IMAC activities, including installation details, relocation plans, and change requests. Update documentation and inventory systems accordingly.
Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams, project managers, and stakeholders to coordinate IMAC activities and ensure alignment with overall IT strategies and goals.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices for IT operations. Ensure that all IMAC activities comply with relevant security and regulatory requirements.


Requirement:


Candidate must possess at least NITEC/Higher NITEC and above
IT savvy / Basic Understanding of IT
Comfortable working in healthcare environment
Comfortable take MMR & TDAP Vaccine (Claimable)
