Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent service standards are met at all times.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and effective manner.
Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and overall restaurant ambiance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, restaurant policies, and procedures.
Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper stock levels.
Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service.
Collaborate with management to meet business goals and performance metrics.
Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.
Requirements:
At least one year of experience in a restaurant environment.
Fluent in English speaking; additional languages are a plus.
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the restaurant industry.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Positive, customer-focused attitude and professional demeanour.
Proficiency in POS systems.
