RECRUITFIRST IS HIRING MULTIPLIE POSITIONS FOR OUR HEALTHCARE CLIENT:

Location: Outram Park
Duration: 1 - 6 months (depending on role below
Working hours: Mon - Fri office hours
Salary: $11- $14/hr depending on qualification

Role 1: HR Associate (6 months)

Min diploma
Arrange interview/ coordinate & facilitate interview, including verifying documents/ send rejection email to unsuccessful candidates
Provide support to wellness activities
Create p files for new joiners
other adhoc admin tasks as assigned

Role 2: Finance (AR), ( 1 month)

Min A Levels/Diploma
Call Patients to pay outstanding bills & provide expected payment dates
Find out reasons for non-payment
Handle questions and disputes on bills

Role 3: Finance (AP) - 3 months

Min Degree
Check and review procurement requisitions and payments to ensure that requisitions are properly supported and coded.
Assist in grant and funding submissions/ verification of fixed asset additions, transfers, or disposals. / asset or inventory sighting exercise.
Support the finance team in the timeliness of month end/year end closing and audit preparation.

Role 4: Patient Service (PSA) - 3 months

Min A Levels/ Nitec
Appointment scheduling and perform surgery call reminders to patients
Assist in data analysis and mini projects when needed
Preparing presentation materials
