  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Brief Description

The School Well-Being Consultant will play a crucial role in driving the design, sales, and delivery of workplace well-being programmes and projects.

This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for workplace well-being, in closing sales, and in delivering well-being programmes. You will work closely with internal teams, trainers, facilitators, and clients to ensure the successful delivery of impact-driven programmes and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design school well-being programmes to help educators and students achieve greater well-being in themselves and their schools
  • Work with the Client Success to close the sales of proposed well-being programmes and projects
  • Deliver the school well-being programmes, including training trainers and facilitators to deliver the programmes
  • Drive innovation to improve the design, sales, and delivery of programmes and projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, with a preference in Psychology
  • Possess interest and knowledge in the science of well-being or positive psychology
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and conducting workplace programmes

Selection Process

Please take note that there will be at least 3 interviews if selected:

  • 1st interview (Virtual) (30 mins) – A chat to get to know each other better
  • 2nd interview (Physical) (3 hours) – A pre-interview task will be required to be completed before the interview. You will be proposing programmes and experiencing programme delivery
  • 3rd interview (Physical) (1 hour) – You will explore your person-organisation fit
