Workplace Well-Being Associate
Brief Description
The Workplace Well-Being Associate plays a key supporting role in the successful delivery of workplace well-being programmes and projects. This role is ideal for an organised and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about workplace well-being and enjoys handling logistics, administration, and workshop coordination.
You will work closely with internal teams, trainers, and clients to ensure smooth programme execution, supporting trainers during workshops and managing programme-related logistics.
This role offers a clear growth pathway to becoming a Workplace Well-Being Consultant, where you will have opportunities to take on greater responsibilities in designing, selling, and delivering well-being programmes.
Responsibilities
1. Workshop & Programme Support
- Assist in the coordination and execution of workplace well-being workshops and programmes.
- Support trainers and facilitators during workshops by handling logistics, materials, and technical setup.
- Ensure a seamless participant experience by managing attendance, feedback collection, and other operational needs.
2. Logistics & Administration
- Oversee logistical planning for workshops, including venue booking, materials preparation, and scheduling.
- Manage participant communications, including registrations, reminders, and post-workshop follow-ups.
- Maintain workshop inventory, ensuring training materials and resources are available when needed.
3. Programme Coordination & Reporting
- Track and compile feedback and engagement metrics for well-being programmes.
- Assist in drafting impact reports and summaries to support programme evaluation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, with an interest in workplace well-being.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage logistics for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable with workshop facilitation support and interacting with participants.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with online collaboration tools.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the workplace well-being space, with potential for career progression.
Selection Process
Please take note that there will be at least 3 interviews if selected:
- 1st interview (Virtual) (30 mins) – A chat to get to know each other better
- 2nd interview (Physical) (2 hours) – You will complete a pre-interview task and participate in a hands-on workshop simulation to assess your fit for the role
- 3rd interview (Physical) (1 hour) – You will explore your person-organisation fit

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
