  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Our client is seeking a Procurement Officer with at least 1 year of shipyard experience to handle sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination for shipbuilding and repair projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Procure materials, equipment and services for shipyard operations.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers.
  • Monitor inventory and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with engineering, production and finance teams.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement or Marine Engineering.
  • Minimum 1 year of procurement experience in a shipyard.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with shipyard materials and procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office.
  • Work Location: Tuas Road (with direct bus service from Joo Koon MRT)
  • 5 days work week
  • Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
