Katya Events is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our growing event planning business. You will play a key role in handling client communications, scheduling appointments, and tracking payments to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to client enquiries via email, WhatsApp, and social media.
Schedule appointments and calls with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Maintain and update the company calendar to track bookings and events.
Monitor incoming payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
Keep records of client interactions and update internal databases.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Prior experience in administration, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.
Strong communication skills in English and Tamil (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and scheduling tools.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Interest in the events or wedding industry is a bonus!
