  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

• Handle walk-ins and phone call appointments

• Provide professional recommendations on massage treatments and services

• Administer and ensure guest information updated accurately in the guest registry

• Ensure accuracy of administrative duties such as daily spa summary revenue form, cash float, general report, daily revenue, Client Profile, and customer feedback

• Arrangement of spa therapist jobs

• Promote membership package to clients

• Assist in daily operations within the premise and ensure that premises are always clean and tidy

• Other administrative duties as assigned and instructed by Spa Manager

Requirements

• Preferably with minimum secondary education and basic computer knowledge

• Able to work night shift

• Able to commit on weekends/public holidays

• Able to work 6 days work week

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

• Pleasant personality and hardworking

• Good customer service and communication skills

• Good teamwork

• Singaporean preferred with relevant experiences and skills may applied too
