  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a proactive and self-driven Technical Support to join our Technical Team. This individual will provide technical support to customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure projects are completed on time. The ideal candidate shall be technically inclined, have a strong understanding of networking, combined with excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Have technical discussion with customers.

• Prepare technical documents.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.

• Conduct product/solution presentation or technical training.

Required Qualifications

• The candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or equivalent.

• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.

• Basic understanding of network security practices and firewalls.

• Occasional travel within the region is required.

• Required language(s): English and Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin- speaking China HQ colleagues.
