  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Gather daily site deployment and deploy all logistics support including machineries.

  • Record and report Plan weekly operational interfaces.

  • Act as back-end support for full project/ site operations and ensure smooth delivery and transition in between deliveries.

  • To maintain/schedule vehicle/equipment servicing records, register cause of breakdown (if any), track repair progress, and liaise and update relevant stakeholders timely.

  • Ensure timely delivery, and deployment and advocate good and responsible driving road manners.

  • Enforce workplace safety standards, including the proper use of PPE for drivers.

  • Any other ad-hoc related duties as required.

Job Requirement

  • At least a diploma in any discipline.

  • 2 - 3 years’ experience in Logistic Operations in the construction sector.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Problem-solving and Positive mindset with the ability to make decisions under pressure.

  • Conscientious and meticulous.

  • Able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a passion for improving operations.

  • Able to start work immediately is preferred.
