Looking for E-commerce Operations Executive in a liquor company.

Position Objective

The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for driving the success of our online sales channels by managing day-to-day operations across e-commerce platforms. This includes optimizing product listings, coordinating customer service, and executing marketing campaigns. The role will focus on enhancing the customer experience, ensuring efficient inventory management, and improving overall sales performance.

Job description

· Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Telegram, etc.), ensuring product listings, images, and descriptions are accurate and up to date.

· Manage and optimize product listings, including images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory across multiple e-commerce platforms.

· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and refunds promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience and resolving any issues effectively.

· Plan, manage, and execute promotional campaigns for online shopping platforms to boost sales.

· Promptly manage and update delivered orders on the platform to avoid any delays in payment processing.

· Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance

· Assist other adhoc duties

Requirements:

· Diploma

· Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint presentation).

· Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Telegram, or similar platforms.

· Ability to handle returns/ refunds / and customer inquires

· Familiarity with optimizing website performance and improving user experience to drive conversions.

· Proficiency in photo editing tools

· Ability to communicate with co-workers at all levels.

Ability to perform under stress, multi-task and deliver within tight deadlines.

5.5 days work week

Location: Ubi

Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
