Job Purpose:

To support the organization to build end to end solution architecture for sales opportunities on the solution domain of Data Analytics through the provision and application of technical expertise and knowledge across multiple vendors, technologies or industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Data, AI & Analytics Solutions.

  • Develop and manage Data, AI, and Analytics solutions, including Cloudera, H2O.ai, SAS and other related technologies.

  • Work closely with business leads to understand their requirements and growth initiatives, proposing suitable Data, AI, and Analytics solutions.

  • Collaborate with other technology vendors and ISVs to build solution use cases in the Center of Excellence based on sales demand and emerging trends.

  • Oversee the Asia Pacific & Japan COE environment including Demo Solutions.

  • Provide solution proposals and pre-sales technical support by identifying requirements and designing Data, AI, and Analytics solutions.

  • Create solution playbooks and blueprints to effectively explain and articulate use cases to internal sales, pre-sales, and partner communities.

  • Assist in-country presales teams across APJ with technical inquiries.

  • Aid the product and channel sales teams in prospecting new opportunities in Data, AI, and Analytics.

  • Deliver technical and sales training to sales, pre-sales, and partners.

  • Lead and conduct solution presentations and demonstrations.
    Achieve relevant product certifications.

  • Conduct customer workshops to accelerate sales opportunities

  • Ability to accurately design complex vendor solutions to meet customer requirements.

  • Provide solution architecture design & lead solution workshop.

  • Conduct Technical workshop and lead the Company's event presentation.

  • Communicate product, Solutions, software and technology information to educate internal and external audiences.

  • Accompany Account/Channel Manager where required in customer meetings to provide technical consultancy support.

  • Hold the required level of industry and technical knowledge in technology group and the achievement of any vendor related accreditations.

  • Responsible for cross solution initiative.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology/computer science or equivalent experience; certifications preferred - Cloudera, H2O.ai, SAS, IBM
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience, ideally in an IT multinational environment.
  • Hands on experience in AI & Analytics products is a must.
  • Experience in handling customer Demos and POCs.
  • Experience with IT Distributors and/or System Integrators (SI) would also be beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills in English along with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication skills in Cantonese, Malay or Bahasa will be an added advantage.
  • Proven ability to work independently and effectively in an off-site environment and under high pressure.
