Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and outgoing Events Specialist with a passion for games and motorsports to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing exciting events while ensuring seamless coordination with clients, vendors, and partners. You must have a Class 3 driving license and be comfortable handling logistics and on-site event operations. If you love engaging with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan, organize, and execute events, ensuring they align with the company’s vision and client requirements.
  • Develop creative event concepts for gaming, esports, and motorsports-related activations.
  • Oversee event logistics, setup, and teardown, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Event execution will include physical labour to carry items and product.

Client & Vendor Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure vendors meet quality and timeline expectations.

Inventory Management, Shipping & Logistics

  • Organise and manage inventory and storage of event equipment, props, and products
  • Handle packing and shipping of items and prizes to local and overseas recipients
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues quickly and efficiently.

On-Site Coordination & Logistics

  • Handle on-site event coordination, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
  • Use your Class 3 driving license to transport event materials and assist with logistics.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues quickly and efficiently.

Engagement & Communication

  • Work closely with marketing, production and admin teams to promote and ensure smooth execution of events.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders at all times.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in an events or project management related role
  • Must have a valid Class 3 driving license and be comfortable handling event logistics.
  • Outgoing personality – enjoys interacting with people and fostering relationships.
  • Passion for games, esports, and motorsports – knowledge of these industries is a plus!
  • Strong event planning and coordination skills.
  • Experience in client relations and vendor management.
  • Highly responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel for events as needed.
  • Knowledge of AV systems and video production is a bonus.
  • The ability to speak a 2nd Asian language is a bonus.
