
Sales Engineer (Integrated Solutions)
1. Sales & Market Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ACMV, HVAC, and integrated building solutions targeting commercial and industrial sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property developers, consultants, main contractors, and facilities management teams.
- Conduct market research to identify customer pain points and position the company’s solutions effectively.
- Develop sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development strategies aligned with company goals.
2. Technical Sales & Solutioning
- Work closely with consultants, facility managers, and project teams to understand project requirements and offer tailored integrated solutions.
- Provide technical consultation on HVAC, energy-efficient systems, and smart building automation technologies.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and cost-benefit analyses for clients.
- Work with internal teams (engineering, R&D, and project execution) to ensure the feasibility and scalability of proposed solutions.
3. Project Coordination & Technical Support
- Coordinate with the project and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of sold projects.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify customer requirements and provide on-site technical support.
- Assist in project commissioning and troubleshooting when required.
- Ensure timely and effective handover of completed projects to the customer.
4. Customer Relationship Management & After-Sales Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, system upgrades, and after-sales services.
- Provide training and guidance to customers on smart building automation and HVAC system optimization.
- Address customer feedback and complaints efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Develop strategies for long-term customer retention and account growth.
5. Compliance & Industry Standards
- Ensure all proposed solutions comply with BCA, NEA, and other regulatory standards for building efficiency and sustainability.
- Keep up to date with industry advancements in green building certifications (LEED, BCA Green Mark, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, project documentation, and compliance reports.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related fields.
Experience (2–5 years) in sales, technical solutioning, or project management within the HVAC, ACMV, or building automation sectors.
Strong knowledge of VRF, Chiller Systems, Air Handling Units (AHUs), IoT-based energy management, and integrated building control systems.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, M&E specifications, and project BOQs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
