Job responsibilities:
- Inform service appointments & apply Permit-To-Works (PTW).
- Data entry of all sales & service reports and do filing accordingly
- Maintain pantry stocks & office stationeries and find quotations and place order when required
- Issuance of stocks using tickets in software to outfield staffs (sales & service personnel)
- Maintain stock inventory and stock check end of every month to ensure the stocks quantity are correct
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job requirements:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Fast typing skills
- Able to work on your own with minimum supervision
