The Internship
For this role, we are looking for an outstanding individual who is collaborative, organized and thinks out-of-the-box. As an Intern (People & Organisation), you will have the opportunity to work on various HR activities across the region.
Core Responsibilities include:
Talent & Development
- Support on the development and execution of Learning & Development roadmaps and plans.
- Participate in a talent mapping project.
Recruitment Support
- Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Provide input on candidate selection.
- Maintaining and updating candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
Employee Journey
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
HR Administration
- Provide administrative support on HR-related documentation.
Employee Engagement
- Participate and assist in employee engagement initaitives and activities.
- Other HR-related activities as assigned, based on organizational needs and your interests.
Requirements
Professional & Personal Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following:
- A keen interest in a career in HR.
- Currently pursuing a degree in any discipline.
- Available to commit to a minimum of 6 months from July to December 2025.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong planning, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- A proactive and hands-on approach, demonstrating meticulousness and accountability.
- Effective communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds and varying seniority levels.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and competing priorities within tight deadlines. Proficiency in IT tools such as MS Office, Outlook, search engines and recruitment databases.
