  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Objective of This Position
Integrated in Regional IS team, the candidate will be responsible for supporting existing BI applications and dataflow. Working closely with business teams to resolve day-to-day issues and perform regular maintenance to data pipelines to ensure smooth operation.

Required Skills :
  • Strong proficiency in both Anaplan, Google Cloud and Power BI
  • Data warehousing concepts, data integration, and other BI tools is preferred.
  • Business acumen, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are also essential.

Anaplan Support and Development (40%):
  • Providing support for global Anaplan model implementations across various business functions (finance, supply chain, etc.). addressing their questions, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems to Anaplan support or internal development teams as needed.
  • Understand the intricacies of Anaplan models and how they are used within the organization.
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements for new Anaplan models or enhancements to existing ones.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of integrations between Anaplan and other systems, especially focusing on data flows from Google Cloud Pipelines.
  • Assist in data validation and reconciliation processes between Anaplan and source systems.

Google Cloud Pipelines Maintenance (40%):
  • Maintain data pipelines within Google Cloud Platform services including Cloud Composer (Airflow), and Cloud Functions.
  • Implement data validation and quality checks within the pipelines to ensure accurate and reliable data delivery to Anaplan.
  • Optimize pipeline performance for cost-effectiveness and scalability.
  • Implement monitoring and alerting systems for the pipelines to proactively identify and address potential issues.

Power BI Development and Reporting (20%):
  • Building reports and dashboards in Power BI based on business requirements.
  • Designing and developing data models in Power BI.
  • Utilizing Power BI desktop to create dashboards, KPI scorecards, and visual reports.
  • Connecting to various data sources, transforming data, and integrating data for business intelligence purposes.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and reliability in Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Implementing row-level security on data and understanding Power BI's application security layer models.
  • Leveraging the Anaplan Connector for Power BI to seamlessly integrate data.
  • Creating insightful visualizations and reports using Anaplan data within Power BI.
  • Combining Anaplan data with other enterprise data sources within Power BI.
