The goal of Family Life Group is to nurture a family-friendly society by strengthening family
resilience through all stages of life, and to support families to overcome early risks and
challenges to family relationships. The successful candidate will be supporting the
development of operational and engagement strategies for the Family Life Group under the Ops
Planning and Transformation (OPT) division.
The scope of work will be as follows:
  • Engagement Strategy Development:
i. Assist in developing and executing engagement strategy on new focal areas with
cross-cutting priorities within Family Life Group
ii. Support in identifying and engaging key stakeholders and opinion leaders on new
focal areas
iii. Develop engagement toolkits and levers to engage different stakeholders (e.g.
religious organisations, Social Service Agencies, corporates)
iv. Develop stakeholder mapping/tiering to guide customised engagement efforts
  • Basic Research Support: Assist in conducting desktop scans and basic research
activities (e.g. create online survey form) to gather relevant information and insights for
operational planning and transformation initiatives within the Family Life Group
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Using Microsoft or other tools to collect, analyse, and
present data from basic research activities to support decision-making and identify
areas for improvement
  • Project Support: Ensure progress coordination, documentation and tracking of key
research and transformation initiatives. Ensure alignment with project requirements and
timeline
  • Admin and Logistics Support: Prepare for meetings (e.g. assist in obtaining agenda
materials), support collation of info/responses/inputs across teams, logistics support
for workplan/engagement sessions (e.g. booking venues, coordinating refreshments,
collating attendance/feedback, printing materials etc.)
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management (KM): Contribute to the development and
maintenance of KM within OPT. This includes developing and maintaining an organized
archive of operational planning materials.

Requirements:

  • Singaporean
  • Degree in any field
  • At least 1 year of research support, project support and data management experience
