Assistant Manager, Research & Development
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and plan project demands
Collaborate closely with programme team and vendors to oversee and support the following aspects of the study:
Recruitment process (i.e., selection, scheduling, enrollment and onboarding of new participants)
Daily study administrative processes
Engagement of participants and supporting the Cohort Management team in dealing with participants complaints and queries.
Job Requirements:
Degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, work independently as well as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
