Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and profit goals through developing and implementing business and marketing plans
  • Develop and implement promotional trade plans that drive sales and market share growth
  • Develop strong working relationship with brand owners and suppliers
  • Establish collaborative retailer/supplier relationships to maximise income/terms/discounts to improve sales and profitability of category
  • Take ownership of the product inventory management process, ensuring good supply while reducing shrinkage
  • Prepare business reports and analysis
  • Work closely with key account and field sales team to ensure first in class execution of instore activities
  • Work with advertising agencies, promoter agencies and instore POSM suppliers to execute strong brand activities

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the FMCG or retail industry, in sales/key account/product management
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or relevant discipline
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Good Microsoft office skills
  • Excellent stakeholders management
