  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Network Security Engineer is responsible for working on network security projects, including the design, implementation and operations of IT security infrastructure. This role encompasses working with technologies such as Firewalls, Cisco, ISE, routers and switches with focus on each Customer’s office security.

The Network Security Engineer will focus on network projects and implement solutions that align with the overall Infrastructure Platforms Roadmap for network, security and hybrid cloud. By collaborating closely with colleagues, the Network Security Engineer ensures that infrastructure solutions leverage technology platforms effectively to meet business requirements. Additionally, the candidate must ensure these solutions are delivered at optimal cost using the appropriate technology platforms for project deployments.

Job Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Head of Network Security Team or Team lead in achieving project SLA.
  • Understand and identify customer challenges in customer IT Security domain.
  • Design and Deployment of Security Solutions:
  • Design and implement Firewall solutions including Checkpoint, Fortinet, Sophos, Palo Alto.
  • Implement Network Access Control (NAC) solution using leading technologies such as Cisco, HPE Aruba.
  • Implement VPN solution for secure remote access using technologies.
  • Network Security Management:
  • Handle Network Security for both on-premise and cloud environments.
  • Design and Deploy Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS)
  • Understanding of encryption technologies and protocols including SSL/TLS, IPsec, and PKI.
  • Design and Solution Implementation:
  • Collaborate with network, storage and application teams to design and implement secure network architectures.
  • Develop Low-Level Design documents for network security projects with the team.
  • Create and present technical solutions to business units for approval and implementation.
  • Result-Oriented team player with strong initiative.
  • Passion in learning new Security solutions.

Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in computer science, information technology or similar.
  • Preferably with Network Industry Certification (CCNA, CCNP) and Professional Security certification
  • Experience and knowledge in area of Network (CISCO), Firewalls (Checkpoint, Fortinet, Sophos), IPS (Palo Alto), VPNS and Authentication Systems.
  • Knowledge of LAN, WAN and Data Centre network and security industry standards relevant to data communications, networking and computing.
  • Knowledge on Security best practices and experience in Network Solutioning, Operations and Project Management.
  • Experience in working with vendors on technology and services.
