Job Description

  • Offer daily essential IT support and services to our users, addressing a range of IT-related issues such as internet connectivity, printers, computer hardware, audio-visual equipment, software and others.
  • Oversee IT assets, software licenses, and the IT onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Collaborate with vendor support teams to resolve technical problems within the desktop environment.
  • Regularly maintain and update the inventory of essential IT hardware and equipment, including computers, monitors, printers, network devices and more.
  • Identify and manage IT opportunities, risks, and challenges related to IT user help desk operations.
  • Set up and configure facial recognition devices to enable secure access to office premises.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Computer Science/ IT Technology Information or related fields.
  • Proficient in providing support for MS365 online applications, including MS Office, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and modern authentication protocols
  • Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
